“My mentorship was about refining what I do, and tuning it into the professional dance world. Carole gave honest, straight forward, informative and constructive advice to help with my artistic development and professional presence. Carole is a great listener, friendly yet professional, and has the expertise that enables her to disseminate knowledge and offer sound advice.” Damian Kerlin (emerging producer)

“Carole gave supportive and constructive advice about the development of my dance company, Ransack Dance, looking at particular initiatives and performance opportunities I could apply to. Having someone that, as a freelancer, I could confidently approach to ask for advice, who knew my work and could tailor advice to the needs of the company, has been vital in the growth of the company and helping me decide which direction to take my work next-both physically and creatively.”  Sarah Rogers (Ransack Dance )
