A small group of Wales based companies and organisations presented at the world’s largest trade-show for dance, Tanzmesse. Supported by Wales Arts International and UKTI, Dance from Wales was joined by colleagues across England and Scotland giving the UK’s dance sector major profiling opportunities.
The Dance from Wales booth including National Dance Company Wales, Creu Cymru Dance Consortium, Cardiff Dance Festival and Coreo Cymru.

Up & Over It’s Coreo commissioned work ‘Into the Water’ presented at Speigeltent, Bosco at Brighton; TheSpace, Surgeon’s Hall as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Smock Alley Theatre Dublin, Ireland and includes an up and coming tour of China.
Jo Fong’s has been supported to present her work at DanceLive, Aberdeen; Trinity Centre, Bristol; Dance International Glasgow; Hull 2017 – UK City of Culture and includes an up and coming Residency/performance project, Shanghai May/June 2017.
Gwyn Emberton Dance was supported to present his latest work Shadow of a Quiet Society at Bristol’s Circomedia.
