‘Success Story’

The Chapter/Coreo led European funded project Dance Roads Open Progress was today awarded highly coveted recognition from the EU Commission as a ‘Success Story’. Out of the 738 EU funded cultural projects delivered between 2007 and 2013, 33 were awarded the ‘Success Story’ status. Three projects out of the 33 were led by UK organisations, two of which from Cardiff – Chapter/Coreo and Ffotogallery a Chapter tenant.

Well done Wales and Chapter – there must be something in Chapter’s coffee that fuelled these inspirational projects.

“Success stories” are finalised projects that have distinguished themselves by their impact, contribution to policy-making, innovative results and/or creative approach and can be a source of inspiration for others. The choice of projects as a success story was made on the basis of a selection process according to rigorous criteria regarding the quality, relevance and results of your project.

As a consequence of this selection, visibility and acknowledgement the EU Commission will be given to Dance Roads Open Process, for instance on our websites, social media, and when preparing documentation for conferences or other events with high-ranking attendance.

Dance Roads Open Process partners included:

Generale Oost, Arnhem – NL

Mosaico Danza, Turin – IT

Glob Théâtre, Bordeaux – FR

Tangente, Montreal -CA
